A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Missouri with a double emphasis in Finance and Economics, she'd already spent years in banking, learning the financial side of real estate inside and out. In 1995, she made it official and joined the family business — and the rest is history.
Today, as Broker of Jeffcoat Realty, Connie's financial expertise is the backbone behind every deal her team closes. She doesn't just help clients find a home — she helps them understand the numbers, the financing, and the long-term value of the decision they're making. It's that combination of heart and head that has kept clients coming back to her for nearly three decades.
But ask anyone who knows Connie, and they'll tell you real estate is only half her story. She's spent countless hours volunteering at animal shelters and supporting causes for animals in need. And when she's not in the office, chances are she's on a plane — chasing bison in Yellowstone, exploring new corners of the world, camera in hand, always ready to capture nature at its best.
